The service

CometDraw lets you mark up drawings, pictures and 3D models and have an AI revise them. It is in testing: features change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

What the AI makes is a suggestion. Check every drawing, dimension and model before you rely on it; you are responsible for the designs you build or deliver.

Your account

You sign in with Kith. Keep your Kith account secure: what is done with your account is your responsibility. An account is for one person.

Your content

Your drawings, files and notes stay yours. You allow us to store, process and show them, and to send them to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy, only to run CometDraw for you.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. What the AI makes for you is yours to use, as far as the law and the AI providers' terms allow.

Using CometDraw fairly

• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
• Do not try to reach other people's workspaces, overload the service or get around its limits.
• Do not use CometDraw to make anything that infringes other people's rights.

Your own AI app and NAS

If you connect your own AI app or NAS, its maker's terms apply to it as well. You are responsible for the access you give CometDraw to your NAS.

Plans and payment

CometDraw is free while it is in testing. Paid plans are coming: their prices and terms will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions bought in the iPad app will be billed by Apple and managed in your Apple account.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account…. We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Warranties and liability

CometDraw is provided as it is, without warranties, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses that come from relying on the AI's results without checking them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will update this page and its date, and tell you in CometDraw before a change that matters takes effect.
